Launched in 2014, Angels & Cowboys is a collaboration between Yoav Gilat, founder of Share a Splash Wine Co., and renowned Northern California graphic designer Michael Schwab. What began with a mysterious icon and a meaningful name has evolved into a collection of standout wines crafted to indulge the lover, the trailblazer, and the rebel in all of us.
Rooted in Sonoma, our wines are inspired by classic French styles—then dialed up with California attitude. From our Provençal-style Sonoma County Rosé and the cult-favorite Proprietary Red Blend, to our North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon and traditional méthode champenoise Brut, each bottle blends artistry, intention, and a hint of wild.
Our winemaking team sources fruit from some of Sonoma’s most prestigious growers, using both time-honored and innovative techniques to craft wines with depth, character, and unmistakable style.
